At first I was skeptical, but I needed something ASAP. I've been constipated for the past two weeks, not even stool softeners were working. After passing something the size of a football , I caved in and got the gummies. Let me tell you, these work wonders! As soon as I started taking them, my constipation went away and I've returned to a normal bowel movement. I highly recommend them! Just be prepared because they will make you a little gassy at first, as your body starts to process the new fiber source.

Definitely helps with consistency for bowel movements all at one cost. You WILL get constant potent gas for the next 4 hours after taking, so make sure no one is around or you go in public spaces for a bit.

This product works very well for me. I can take fiber in the form of gummies, rather than trying to choke down the powder which feels like I'm being punished. The only thing is that the gummies tend to stick together. It's a minor thing, not enough to knock a star off though.

This product works very well for me. It's an easy way to add fiber to the diet. I've been wiping clean after using it. The flavor is good, not delicious as candy but it is very yummy. I like that it is sweetened with xylitol which is good for your teeth. The texture is chewy but not like gummy bears, more like a soft chew. I feel like my stools are more healthy thanks to the 5 grams of fiber, with only taking one serving per day. The size is good for the price.
